Beachfront building located next to 12th street (club street) and steps away from the 5th av. were you will find restaurants, bars and shops.
The building has direct access to the beach!
The building has parking, swimming pool, guard at night and the best thing is the direct exit to the beach.
Guests can contact me from Airbnb or by call, SMS/WhatsApp, to resolve any questions, concerns or recommendations.
The town is ideally located: close to Cancún's international airport, but far enough south to allow easy access to Cozumel, Tulum, Cobá and other worthy destinations.
The building is very close to the clubs, you can hardly hear the music, but if you are very sensitive to noise at night, it is important to know.

Maintenance work in the building from June 19 to 21, it can be noisy
